Strongest People With the Kindest Hearts

     They go through numerous struggles, go through sleepless nights, go through heaping workloads, go through psychological drawbacks. However, they go through every predicament with a strong mind, with the same objectives in mind – to mentor, to inspire, to guide, and to develop a person by providing the direction they need. First of all, teachers show how dedicated they are to providing their students with general and academic knowledge; with their love for teaching, they can instill a positive atmosphere wherein students have a comfortable learning zone while being encouraged to explore various learning areas. To have a comfortable learning zone is pivotal for students, for such an environment can and will help them be nurtured with empowering skills and creativity. Teachers are often dubbed as our second parents, but other than that, I confidently consider them as students’ learning buddies in life.

    Apart from teachers being learning buddies, they also navigate while providing light to us, students, as if they’re solving a puzzle wherein the riddle is our direction in life. Teachers also administer ethics, morals, and conduct other than knowledge in the academic sector. They mentor individuals to be a responsible person by enforcing rules and regulations inside the learning zone or enforcing deadlines and time limits. They navigate an individual to be a team player by imposing group activities wherein people would have to work collaboratively to meet a desired outcome. While executing such activities, teachers do not forget their role as well; they emit a desirable character, thus remembering to instill values in their spirit. With this, pupils would look up at them and mirror them as if they’re adapting to whatever disposition their learning buddy has. In other words, students view teachers as if they are role models to them.     We can’t not acknowledge the heavy contribution teachers make to an evolving society. They strong-willingly go through every predicament to teach individuals knowledge and instill good values and morals. Because of them, well-rounded individuals are crafted, leaders are made, and the next leaders are in progress. Hence, a successful society is created wherein the whole economy is benefiting. The success of one generation sets up the success of another, creating a ripple effect; who else would be the root of the success other than our second parents, learning buddies, and role models? With the pivotal and heavy role of teachers, I can confidently say that they are indeed the prominent heroes of the world.
