Letter to the President

Dear Mr. President,

I hope this letter finds you well.

The Department of Education has a large impact on the development of the country's economic status. With quality education comes an improved and richer economy. With this being said, I wish to yield more attention to the educational sector.


To be precise, I'm referring to the underpayment of employed teachers in public education. Despite the hectic workloads of teachers every day with little to no breaks, they are still not receiving ample amounts of money. Furthermore, there are plenty of teachers who get overworked, as they handle more sections. Personally, I don't think that their breaks are enough to make up for the underpayment. So, I hope that the public teachers in the Department of Education will be more noticed by giving them the right salary that they work hard for.

          In the blink of an eye, another quarter passes. Who knew that time could pass by faster than it already does? Throughout the whole quarter, I enjoyed creating blog posts, as well as learning HTML tags.           HTML tags are the first thing I learned in ICT this quarter. It was simple at first, starting with the stand-alone tags <br>(line break), and <hr>(horizontal rule), which don't need an end tag. As time went by, more and more HTML tags were discussed by our teacher, Ma'am Evelyn; it got more and more complicated along the way.           When two love birds collide , a precious gem is delivered. Being named Airish Yafa Landicho, my name is a combination of both my parents' creativity. I was born in Israel, but my father and I returned to the Philippines when I was 3 months old. I initially lived in Leynes, Talisay Batangas.
