Beautiful Growth of Vigan City

          Before turning into a city, Vigan was just a humble municipalit

y in Ilocos Sur, blending with every municipality. Eventually declared as a city, Viga, and up to this day, is now known as a city with well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture.

 

      As a municipality, economic resources are limited. Vigan focused on agriculture, pottery, and weaving. However, their resources were limited. When they officially became a city on January 22, 200,1 opportunities to thrive grew for Vigan. It included a rise in finding and tourism, with the help of two recognitions, UNESCO World Heritage Site and 7 New Wonder Cities.


   In conclusion, Vigan started humbly. However, due to its growth from a municipality to a city, it shows that natural growth is truly possible.

          In the blink of an eye, another quarter passes. Who knew that time could pass by faster than it already does? Throughout the whole quarter, I enjoyed creating blog posts, as well as learning HTML tags.           HTML tags are the first thing I learned in ICT this quarter. It was simple at first, starting with the stand-alone tags <br>(line break), and <hr>(horizontal rule), which don't need an end tag. As time went by, more and more HTML tags were discussed by our teacher, Ma'am Evelyn; it got more and more complicated along the way. For instance, I often made mistakes in the encoding process; may I have been mistyping or forgetting to put some symbols.
