May Be the Last, But It Will Last

    Finally, the last quarter of the school year comes. This time, it was indifferent from the last quarters. First and foremost, I gained knowledge of the world of Microsoft Frontpage. This is a powerful tool that is used to design, create, and publish websites. Also, this application is a WYSIWYG HTML editor, wherein provides you with whatever design you are already looking at. By the time we got to experience the application ourselves, I was immediately stunned by how easy it was to operate compared to Notepad and CSS. My instant thought at the time was, why was this not introduced first to us? It was easier to a bigger extent, indeed. 


    When I thought everything would go well, of course, it wouldn’t. Problems then arose as time passed by when I was operating the Microsoft Frontpage, aiming to create my webpage/website. A new application means a new environment; I got exposed to new experiences. This wasn’t the same application as Notepad and CSS that I got used to in the past. This means I wasn’t exactly familiar with how the Ms. Frontpage works. There are new buttons, and there were some actions I was hoping to execute but was unsuccessful at first due to not being able to locate them. 




    However, just like in the past quarters, I let time do its thing. As time went by again, I was able to familiarize myself with the environment of the application. Of course, I wouldn’t just take all the credit myself, as I also asked for help and assistance from Ma’am Charleen, our practice teacher who I am fond of.




    Moving on, I will practice my creativity, not just to the extent of designing and creating webpages, but also in different circumstances in life. Also, this quarter, independence played a significant role factor to executing and finishing the web pages. So, moving forward, I will be more independent of the possibility of triumph.

          In the blink of an eye, another quarter passes. Who knew that time could pass by faster than it already does? Throughout the whole quarter, I enjoyed creating blog posts, as well as learning HTML tags.           HTML tags are the first thing I learned in ICT this quarter. It was simple at first, starting with the stand-alone tags <br>(line break), and <hr>(horizontal rule), which don't need an end tag. As time went by, more and more HTML tags were discussed by our teacher, Ma'am Evelyn; it got more and more complicated along the way.
